Mirketa Inc is looking to hire a Sales Manager for its Salesforce based Electronic Health Record Management System, Elixir. You can find more details about Elixir at www.elixirehr.com. You must be a legal US resident to apply.

The responsibilities of the Sales Manager will include identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities with Healthcare Providers.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
  • Give product demos to clients
  • Organize webinars and other online events to generate leads
  • Organize offline marketing events with prospects to generate leads
  • Participate in trade shows and represent Elixir.
  • Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure profitable new business. This may include sales/solutions calls, networking/marketing activities, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and client meetings.
  • Work closely with product team to strategize and build sales pipelines
  • Strengthen Elixir brand.
  • Build strategic partnerships with Salesforce Account Executives in HLS space.
  • Participate in Marketing Events organized by Salesforce.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years proven direct sales experience in Electronic Health Record systems
  • Must have managed a Sales quota of a $1 million in sales
  • Must be able to work under pressure with set sales target goals
  • Must have experience selling Salesforce or any other SaaS product Development and Implementation services
  • Must have experience selling to healthcare providers
  • Must have Consultative selling, Polished Corporate Communication Style, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills,
  • Prospecting Skills, Technical Understanding, Building Relationships, People Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism, Motivation for Sales.
  • Self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in all sales and service related activity
  • Must have experience with Inside Sales using social media and email marketing
  • Should be comfortable in dealing with the highest levels of decision makers in an organization (e.g., VP IT/Engineering, CFO, Director R & D, CIO, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree

Compensation:

  • Base – $72k + commission $2k per new account + 3% of the revenue
  • Full Benefits, including 3% match on 401k.

  • Preferred Location – Bay Area, California, Remote (US)
