Roles and Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a Project Manager with 5 to 7 Years of experience.
  • Project manager is accountable for planning and allocating resources.
  • Preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • All of this takes place within the framework of achieving a company’s goals and achieving their vision.
  • Play the Product Owner/Scrum Master role on Agile Projects.
  • Must have worked on Salesforce related Projects or Products.
  • Lead/Participate discovery sessions along with the technical team for the clients to understand and elicit business requirements.
  • Prioritizing tasks as the project progresses.
  • Analyze and nurture potential partner relationships for Mirketa’s brand building and new business generation opportunities.
  • Ensuring all project expectations are fulfilled to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Functioning as the main point of contact for all technical teams.
  • Elaborating on the scope and range of the project.
  • Documenting any progress made across all working components of the project.
  • Leading multiple teams through the entire lifecycle of the project.
  • Managing the expectations both internally and possibly externally, too
  • Reporting on progress to seniors and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Keeping tabs on the budget, billings, and accounting for the project.
  • Forging great business relationships.
  • Forecasting potential resources required for the project.
  • Work with sales teams and other contributors to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and develop strategy.
  • Validate marketing plans and their implementation costing versus market potential and future predictable revenue.
  • Ensuring all milestones in the project lifecycle are attained within stipulated periods.
  • Organizing regular team meetings, so that new challenges or constraints may come to light.
  • Adopt and evangelize the working style of Agile, and Scrum methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Observe the market to see what strategies are being implemented and to stay ahead of the game in delivering the best to our clients. Build and implement strategies focused on customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze new technologies and inform company of their potential applications to our business. Conduct and lead forward-looking research studies.
  • Work with the project team to develop project training plans internally and externally.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduation + MBA
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Must be able to work under pressure with tight timelines.
  • Must be able to think of solutions and influence people towards solutions.
  • Must be able to plan work and manage team deliverables.
  • Self-motivated individual who exhibits a sense of urgency in completing tasks.
