Mirketa Inc is looking to hire Salesforce Technical Architect for Salesforce Consulting services for its India operations.
The responsibilities of the Salesforce Technical Architect, Manage and groom the Salesforce technical leads, Set and enforce design standards, development standards, and operational standards to be followed by the technical team and Create technical design for Salesforce solutions
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and groom the Salesforce technical leads.
- Set and enforce design standards, development standards, and operational standards to be followed by the technical team.
- Create technical design for Salesforce solutions.
- Interface with client to understand functional and technical requirements.
- Create technical design options and review them the internal team and client teams.
- Work on Technical Statement of Work
- Work on Technical Proposal
- Perform analysis of the requirements and help teams understand complexity
- Review technical design and provide guidance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Salesforce Technical Architect Certification is preferred
- 12+ years of industry experience in Development Roles (not project management roles)
- 5+ years of hands-on coding experience
- 5+ years of design experience
- 5+ years of experience in designing Salesforce Solutions
- Experience working in mid-large size environment with multiple development teams.
- An engineering degree from a top school in India (IIT or NIT)
- Good people skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Nice to have
- Master’s degree in technology
- Salesforce MVP recognition
