Mirketa implemented a comprehensive Salesforce solution for lead management, empowering the client to efficiently manage dealer data across the United States. The system captures and tracks lead information, from qualification to conversion, ensuring a seamless process until the lead is closed as ‘won.’The Salesforce platform allowed the client to schedule test drives, capture payments, create quotes, and send brochures to prospective customers. A Partner Community was also established for dealers, enabling them to track and manage data related to their end customers.
Mirketa configured advanced reports and dashboards based on the organization’s hierarchy, from Managing Director (MD) to Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM). These tools helped track sales performance down to the Dealer Sales Executive level, providing key insights into marketing strategies, operations, and customer service. Dashboards were also implemented to monitor operations, optimize processes, and track Target vs. Achievement performance metrics.
