Solution Highlights:

• Implemented Quip documents throughout the program management objects with appropriate Access control list for the users.
• Implemented custom components within Program management such as Milestone view on a Work Plan, Kanban view on a Work plan, Logic model view from.
• Linked Form Assembly from Program record including Case file review, community tool and TIC Observation tool.

Results:

• The Salesforce NPSP implementation assisted the client in streamlining their processes, managing and tracking constituents more effectively, resulting in a significant improvement in operational efficiency.
• With a proactive approach and planning, the Nonprofit Success Pack adoption assisted the nonprofit in achieving their business goals.
