Mirketa Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Manager to join its team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be a self driven, hands-on Salesforce technologist with good sense and experience in people management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create product design on Salesforce.com platform (force.com, visual force)
- Must enjoy working/learning new technologies and create new POCs
- Manage production and test environments for Salesforce applications.
- Build complex applications in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build salesforce plug-in and connectors.
- Build web services.
- Database design, data cleanup, reports and perform other DBA responsibilities.
- Mentor Jr. Developers and nurture them
- Manage client communication.
- Estimate work efforts and plan and track the work.
- Introduce development best practices unit test automation, continuous delivery, TDD etc.
- Refactor product architecture and coming up with new product feature ideas.
- Experience on Workday, Atlassian & SSO would be an added advantage.
- Manage the schedule, scope, and budget for projects in your portfolio.
- Work with other project managers to align resources and build project teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact with clients answering queries, connecting technical resources as needed.
- Understand the basics of Salesforce to help build a timeline and guide a client through the process.
- Work with the technical staff to identify opportunities for follow-on projects.
- Develop schedules, allocate budgets, and establish rapport with clients.
- Use implementation plans developed by technical leaders to manage tasks, priorities, and dependencies.
- Manage workload across multiple projects while taking priority into consideration and develop innovative solutions for challenging problems.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members for project completion.
- Showcase knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies, SOA design principles.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
- 5+ years in a technical or functional lead role
- Experience mentoring and coaching others
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- 6+ years of consulting and / or CRM implementation experience
- 4 full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in 2 of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com
- Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions
- Strong people management skills leading small to larger team spread across geographies
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- 5+ years of hands on experience on Sales/Service Cloud or Force.com platform and integrations
- SFDC Experience working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce,
- Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
