Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced AI Solution Consultant / Technical Manager / Associate Director to lead end-to-end AI initiatives, drive solution architecture, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI/ML solution design and architecture for enterprise clients
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into AI-driven solutions
- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects (POC to production)
- Provide technical leadership to data scientists, ML engineers, and developers
- Define best practices for model development, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business teams
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, GenAI, LLMs, and Data Science
- Mentor and guide team members
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in AI/ML, Data Science, and Solution Architecture
- Hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with GenAI / LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, Prompt Engineering)
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Good knowledge of API integrations and microservices architecture
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
- Exposure to industries like Healthcare, Finance, Retail, or SaaS
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Knowledge of AI governance and ethical AI practices
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
