Mirketa Inc is looking to hire the VP of Sales to lead its sales team for Digital Transformation Services. The responsibilities will include setting up sales strategy and plan, managing sales team members, identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities in the areas of Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Oracle, JAVA, Python, Azure, AWS and DevSec Ops services in Finance, Government, Healthcare Providers, Manufacturing and Education verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the CEO and the delivery team to define the Consulting Services offerings and the sales pitch
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing market and competitor information and trends, identifying sales opportunities.
- Develop Sales Goals, Sales Strategy and execute on the Sales plan
- Develop sales opportunities with Enterprise prospects by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations; Close new business
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects and growth opportunities within active and inactive accounts
- Manage Sales Playbook and Sales Process
- Set and manage quotas, commissions, etc. for the team
- Hire Sales team members and mentor them on Mirketa Sales process
- Strengthen company’s brand
- Build strategic partnerships with SaaS platform AEs. Participate in Marketing Events.
- Organize marketing events targeting executives from potential clients
- Will be responsible for individual quota of $2m and a team quota of $5m.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 12+ years of total Sales experience with 5+ years of experience selling Salesforce Services
- Experience selling in one or more of the following domains – Education, Large Healthcare Providers, Manufacturing, Finance
- Should be comfortable in dealing with the highest levels of decision makers in an organization (e.g., VP IT/Engineering, CFO, Director R & D, CIO, etc.).
- Must have outstanding understanding/experience with B2B lead generation
- Should have managed a team quota of $5 million or more and an individual quota of $2+ million
- Experienced in building and growing a sales team
- Excellent Corporate Communication & Presentation Style, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiating Skills, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Technical Understanding, Building Relationships, People Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism, Motivation for Sales
- Self-motivated individual who exhibits a sense of urgency in all sales and service related activities
- Ability to work under pressure with set sales target goals
- Experienced in using social media and email marketing to drive Sales
- Out of the box thinker
- Well-connected in Salesforce ecosystem
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Location

Compensation
- Salary : $150k
- OTE (Bonus): $150k (quota performance)
- Benefits: 2 Weeks PTO + Health Benefit+ 3% of total comp in 401k contribution
