Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics migration
Client Overview
The client is one of the largest banks in the US. The client uses Salesforce for its Wealth Management division. The client decided to migrate to on-premise Microsoft Dynamics from Salesforce.com.
The Challenge
Migrating from salesforce.com created an opportunity for re-architecting the business processes and technical solution to provide a personalized experience for wealth management clients through different bank channels and provide a holistic view of clients’ profiles and assets across different lines of businesses for better cross-sell and service.

Our functional and UX consultants led the business and technical teams through the Discovery and Design phase to define the to-be solution architecture and product backlog. The to-be solution has the customized UI for streamlined user experience, real-time integration with the core banking systems to fetch data in real-time and offline data extracts to data warehousing systems.
