- As a result, any potential improvements related to payments were facing the impediments of complexity and compatibility to the proposed changes, and consequently holding off the crucial business decisions.

- Mirketa created a backend environment for a newpayment gateway that would seamlessly integrate with all channels and manage payment processes without any disruptions.
- In addition to payment processing, Mirketa also dev eloped a solution to handle potential refund processes and designed a corresponding workflow. The solution was based on a flexible architecture that considered the dynamic nature of possible future improv ements in payment processes.
