Mirketa conducted a comprehensive analysis to examine the interdependency of the existing systems, namely Salesforce, Boomi, and Workday. After identifying gaps in functionality, custom development was implemented in Boomi, while the flow in Salesforce was improved to bridge these gaps.
Mirketa supported the client in implementing a custom metadata solution on Salesforce, enabling them to manage any enhancements with greater efficiency.
