Mirketa Launches KRATU AI, a New AI Suite Built into Elixir EHR on Salesforce

Author

Introduction

At a Glance: Mirketa has launched KRATU AI, a healthcare AI suite built natively into Elixir EHR on Salesforce. KRATU AI brings together four capabilities for clinical documentation, patient visit preparation, payer policy intelligence, and accounts receivable resolution, helping healthcare organizations reduce administrative work across clinical and revenue cycle operations.

Dublin, Calif. – August 2026 – Mirketa, a Salesforce partner focused on healthcare technology, today launched KRATU AI, a suite of four AI capabilities built natively into Elixir EHR, the company’s Salesforce-native healthcare suite. KRATU AI is designed to take on the administrative work – clinical documentation, patient preparation, payer policy review, and billing – that pulls clinicians away from patients and buries billing teams in rework.

A study of 307 primary care physicians at two Boston hospital systems, using 2021 data, found a median of 36.2 minutes of total electronic health record work per visit, exceeding the system’s scheduled 30-minute appointment length. This included documentation and other EHR tasks. On the billing side, most claim denials are preventable, yet most are never worked or appealed. Administration consumes 25 to 35 cents of every dollar in U.S. healthcare, between $1.4 and $2 trillion a year against national health spending of $5.7 trillion. That burden falls hardest on behavioral health and specialty care, where documentation requirements and payer rules are the most complex.

“What makes KRATU AI different is that it runs on data healthcare organizations already have, a clinician using KRATU Co-Pilot isn’t learning a new tool. They’re having the visit they were always going to have, while the AI handles what used to take the next two hours. KRATU AI doesn’t replace the people. It handles the parts that were taking their time and giving nothing back.” — Rajeev Kumar, Founder, Mirketa Inc.

KRATU AI Capabilities:

  • KRATU Co-Pilot — an ambient AI scribe that turns each visit into a complete, coded SOAP note, ready for provider review.
  • Patient Visit Prep — a text-message check-in that gets patients ready before they arrive, no app or portal login required.
  • Payor Policy Intelligence — reads payor policy documents and turns them into live billing rules, scoring claims before they’re filed.
  • A/R Resolution Agent — scores every open account by risk and surfaces the highest-priority, highest-value actions first.

Because Elixir is built natively on Salesforce, not integrated with it, KRATU AI runs on the patient records, appointment data, and billing information organizations already have inside the same screens and security model their IT teams already approved. There is no new system to maintain, no data migration, and no separate login.

KRATU AI is available now, individually or as a full suite, and is listed on Salesforce AppExchange. Organizations already on Salesforce can request a demonstration here.
