Summary of Testing Methods and Key Findings

Real World Testing was conducted during the reporting period (October 2025– December 31st, 2025) using a production-mirroring environment due to limited third-party application activity in live production.

Interoperability testing focused on validating FHIR-based API access for patient selection and data retrieval using standardized workflows. Test execution was performed using Postman and verified through system logs.

Key findings:

  • High API success rates (95%) demonstrated reliable real-world interoperability.
  • OAuth token refresh resolved initial authentication failures.
  • No custom development, special configuration, or manual intervention was required.

Challenges & lessons learned:

  • Limited real-world app usage required use of a mirrored environment.
  • Improved token lifecycle handling reduced authentication failures.

Non-conformities:

  • None were identified that required reporting to the ACB.

Testing Environment:

Testing was conducted in a production-mirroring environment due to limited real-world third-party app usage.

Evidence Source:

FHIR API executions were captured via Postman and system logs.
