The Challenge

The client aimed to implement Salesforce CPQ to streamline their B2B configure, price, and quoting (CPQ) sales processes. They needed to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) but faced several challenges:

  • Automating subscription billing for specific sales orders. 
  • Real-time data synchronization between Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite. 
  • Integrating AMAX with NetSuite to track fulfillment, invoicing, and billing.
